Why is that a dumb question? I don't own a Chevy at the moment but am in the process of swapping front suspensions on my '53 F100. There are alot of "kits" out there but I'm not sure that any of them are a simple bolt on. The one I'm using is supposed to be but there's no way I'm driving it at highway speeds without that puppy being welded in. I think the key to the sway is to find a donor vehicle that has a similar frame width. The older MOPAR B-body K-members are a close match for 48-56 F100's. Here's a link to my photos:
