They both use the same Y shapped holder that it fastened under a bowl cover screw on top of the carb. One end holds the choke cable (horizontal) and the other the throttle cable (verticle). The holder clamps around the outter part of the cable. Then the wire extends downwards and runs through the hole in the throttle rod whch keeps the rod attached to the lever on the car. (you probably have a cotter pin in there now)....Then you need a throttle stop fastened to the wire just below the lever. This will pull up the lever when the hand throttle is pulled out.
