I have to replace the seal on the ball collar for the front u joint. During degreasing and disassembly I found a grease fitting on top of the u joint housing on the transmission. What type of lubricant should I use, and how would I know when I've pumped in sufficient lubricant since it is a sealed assembly? I have the bushing style of front u joint.
