Roy, I'm not sure about connector numbers or wire color codes, but the brake light switch provides power to the converter lockup circuit through a set of normally-closed contacts that interrupt the power supply to the converter solenoid when the brake pedal is pushed. I believe it's the same circuit that powers the cruise control. The 12V power should come from a fuse to the brake switch, and from there, go to whatever circuitry controls the lockup solenoid. On later models, thatr's one of the ECM circuits. If I still had access to my Mitchell or AllData programs from school, I'd be glad to print you a copy of the diagrams, but that ended when I retired!
