If you are reasonably handy, you can do it yourself. Most all cosmetic parts are available from vendors and the speedo/odo mechanism is very simple and rarely worn out or broken. Main thing when rebuilding or restoring the mechanism is to completely disassemble and clean out all the old dried up grease and replace with new grease.
