As to CFM:
CFM (at 100 percent VE) = (RPM * CID) / 3456
CFM (at 100 percent VE) = 4500 * 250 / 3456
CFM (at 100 percent VE) = 325
Approximate VE for a basically stock Chevy 250 is .8
Therefore CFM = 325 * .8
CFM = 260
