I finished the trial run of the spreadsheet with part numbers used in the Factory Assembly Manual based on the data that Larry Kephart and BillyBob started. I'm wide open for suggestions to make it easy to use.

Looking for input on the "correct" way to list the dimentions of the nuts, bolts, washers, etc.
I feel that the information must include the dimentions/descriptions of the original part, plus info on substitute parts that will work. I have space for both on the worksheet.
I used to think that I was the cat's meow when it came to creating Excel spreadsheets. But I'm having a little trouble with the Google version. And when it comes to publishing for all to see and update - I'm befuddled.
So, I guess this project moved me from wizzkid to dufus in one weekend! But it's a start.
