This sounds like classic "crossed wires"
Don't panic just trace down your wires. If you had a bad gap on a plug it would just be a miss and a 327 with a one cylinder miss won't noticeably shake much. But 2 on the other hand would start rockin the cab. . .
So if your wires turn out to be in order you better start lookin at Dim Dere plugs.
