I have a 261 in my '55 1st series. I installed a set of Carter Weber carburetors from Tom Langdon. I also have hot water heat to the intake manifold. Powerful engine runs great. I planning to convert my '54 Belair using the same setup. Talk with Tom concerning the carburetor issue.
