Hy 57Chev, you are facing every mechanics worst nightmare, I don't know if your engine is in a vehicle or out, if it's in we know it's a major job to pull it just to get one bolt out, but with the easy out broken off in it, it cannot be drilled with anything less than a carbide drill. Personally I would bite the bullet and pull it and take it to a machine shop to have it removed, good luck.
