I just spent the weekend putting my 235 back together only to find that the NOS flywheel I bought isn't the same as the one I took out. Funny thing is that they both have the same part number on them but one is 10" and the new one is 11". My new 10" clutch disk and pressure plate will not bolt up.
My question to you is this: If I buy a 11" disk and pressure plate, will it work in my bellhousing and with my clutch fork? The engine is a 62 passenger car and the belhousing is for a 57 pickup. The pickup had an optional 11" clutch I believe.
Thanks for you help. | | |
