Not too long ago, I picked up an Offenhauser dual carb intake, and was planning on using dual Carter YF's. After playing around with things recently, I've found that I don't have a good matched set of carbs. So, I've been wondering...
Did anyone ever produce an aluminum
single carb intake, that would have better flow characteristics than the stock intake?
Which stock intake is better? I have a truck intake with the tall center section, but I also have a car intake with the short center section. Which one flows better?
I've about talked myself into staying with one, well tuned Carter YF. I just want to know which manifold will perform the best.
