I just did the oil lines on my late 261 this weekend.
Oil Filter Lines I'm going with a modern spin-on filter with built-in bypass valve, mounted directly to the block and double-flared 1/2" copper tubing.
The lines route behind both exhaust pipes.
Safer, more permanent and choice of quality filters.
