I have already rebuilt both of my vent window assemblies, but when putting the glass in on the passenger side it went a little caddy-wompus and I can't shut the vent window. I couldn't pull the glass back out and re-set it either. It was stuck in there good!
So, first question: What can I do to remove the glass from the frame without breaking it? I have heard of using mineral spirits to soften up the setting tape?
Second: What technique would be best when setting the glass in the frame to make sure it is square and will operate properly when installed in the assembly?
