There is a possibility that a Dana 60 from an E350 van has about the same width. It has the right bolt pattern, and I seem to remember measuring one that was about right, but don't take my word for it until you actually measure some.

You can find most any 3/4 or 1 ton with the right gears and bolt pattern, then have it narrowed.

What you want will not be easy to find.
If you have a flat bed and the wheels have more room then the width is less important and easier to find one to fit.
