You could try this ,loosen the lug nuts,take the truck off the jack,than shake the truck side to side.In the old days when I worked after school at the station if they got one like that they would loosen the nuts than take it out for a ride around the block that would do it.
Try spraying some liquid Wrench on it to,if all else fails put some heat on the center of the hub.
