I have a 1959 1/2 ton 3100 that I've just started trying to get back into running condition. While replacing brake lines yesterday my hand slipped off a wrench and hit the hose to the canister oil filter, basically shattering it. Turns out the other hose was just as rotten. I am having trouble finding replacement hoses in the right length/size/configuration - no luck at NAPA. One hose is 14" and the other is 17". Is substituting metal lines an option? I'm not quite sure about the size and end connections. I've attached some pics of the hose ends here
