| | | | Joined: Jun 2000 Posts: 2,773 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2000 Posts: 2,773 | Reason for the brass hammer is to prevent peening the ends of the pins. Makes it easier to put on the flywheel. Zinc or lead will work, too.
