Hello, I recently bought a 1946 Chevy Truck and I posted a topic on here to get help painting the chevrolet letters on the upper grille. To my surprise when I removed the upper grille I saw the radiator support bar and it was broken. They put a splint on it to hold it in place. I found a support bar on eBay and purchased it. The problem I am having now, is the support bar should be held in place by 2 bolts one on each side, but there is no bolts installed. Their is nothing that I can see holding the support bar in place but it does not want to come off, is it welded in place? What can be holding in place? And how can I go about removing it to install the one I got on eBay?
