Had my original lever shocks rebuilt by Apple Hydraulics. Got them installed with new links and bushings last night. I put new spring pins and bushings in the leaf springs a while back. Went for a good long test drive today, and the old truck sure feels a lot better "at speed". Bumps don't make the truck nervous - and sure feels a lot smoother. Granted, it is 1938 suspension, but I am really surprised how much better it is now with everything back "in spec".
