Those were some of the red flags I noticed to. I think I'm just going to have to keep waiting and saving to get something "decent". I'm a newbie and if there is anything I've learned in other ventures is the more research and knowledge the better.
I feel like I've searched high and low online and nothing has come up...slightly disappointed.
