OK I am still having problems with my new paint. I sanded the bad spots down to the metal the feathered the edge of the paint and primer. I put some etching primer over the metal then was going to seal and paint but where the edge of the paint was once the primer hit it started to raise. The same thing happened the last time when I put new paint over the spot except it was not to the metal. Why is the paint reacting to the primer or paint??
