Two problems: The fan belt is way too loose, and the cutout relay is sticking, allowing the battery to discharge itself through the generator. Eventually, the relay will stick, the genny won't turn, and the wire harness will burn up. I'd strongly suggest looking into the situation and getting it fixed!
