at Rich'stoys, I cleaned primer and painted the engine and fire wall pink one day, painted the manifolds, water outlets,radiator,oil filter steering shaft and air cleaner, another, and then cut about 100 square of duct tape . pulled every thing off the fire wall and laid out the squares. painted it black a few coats, and peel off. that night was prob 3/4 hours.
all together it only took about 5 or six hours over a few days
