I just purchased a windshield wiper switch. A one-speed and it's on page 41 of the following link. Item #60-062041

When I tested continuity on the two posts on the switch, I got nothing unless I pushed in the "plunger" that the knob covers when installed. When I turn the switch on, again, I get nothing unless I push in the "plunger". Am I doing something wrong or is a bad switch?

Also, does anyone have a wiring diagram for the wiper circuit?
