Blue smoke is going to be oil. You've only got about 300 miles on it, there's a good chance the rings aren't fully seated yet. I'd say most likely, you're getting oil past the rings, either from ring misalignment as mentioned earlier, or that they're not seated to the bores fully yet. Running rich will agrivate that problem due to the gas washing the oil from the cylinder walls.
