As far as the grease goes, I was able to get mine working just fine with a good clean up and some white lithium grease on the “paddle” seal. Even managed to save the gasket. My problem was that the stroke was way too long. I checked with the guy at Flicken and found that the numbers on the wiper motor did matched the truck so the stroke was not correct. I think he mentioned that there were 3 different stroke arks. Anyway it was looking like I needed a new cam and he would not sell them so I just had him rebuild mine.
