Pull the sheet metal off and plant it on an S-10 or some similar modern chassis and running gear, then sell the rolling chassis as a complete unit. You'll have a modern engine, independent suspension and all the creature comforts, and somebody can take your leftovers and build a pretty decent original-appearing truck by dropping another cab and bed onto an unmodified original frame. You'll probably come out money ahead also.
