| | | | Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 775 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 775 | I have a 216, 1953 block. The crank is threaded. Check yours and if it is threaded I suggest you install a bolt with a nut and washers and tighten the nut thus pushing on the balancer on to the crank. Its a better approach than driving it on. They make sleeves that go over the seal area to repair the wear at the seal if yours is worn. | | |
