Yah, I sat and pondered if something could be made or adapted to a stock truck pedal assembly. Ultimately in my case it made more sense to go with a frame mounted solution since transmission linkage would be in the way of the stock pedals.

The ECI setup you linked to is a good solution to.

This guy, Little Terry has done a lot to his truck and I am pretty impressed with his adapter plate which also help bolt down his clutch/brake pedal assembly. I have disc brakes all around and I will require a booster. I do not think that a booster will be able to be placed on the original cutch/brake pedal assembly. That will take some toying around with but at a later time. Thank you a lot for the info.
I have seen something like that from a link within the Tech Tip that Mr. Sandoval submitted but the assembly was only attached to the bell housing. The E-brake adapter was nice to see because I always wondered how the parking brake was addressed with a T5 conversion.
