David,as far as I was aware the rubbers for both the rear and corner glasses were the same.
However,what you have there should still work.
The important part is the centre of the 'H' section.(1/4" approx)
As long as that thickness is the same between the two rubbers they should work.
The smaller profile is to be truthful a little more tricky to work with,due to the lack of overlap on the glass and metalwork.
Sometimes the corners of the rubber look wrong once the glass is in place but
once the lock strip is installed it
will close up and tighten the seal.
