John Nice tip on the screws! I had seena trick like that that once before, but rather than countersunk screws pan head screws were used and the trim was notched slightly for a more positive fit. The screws were just loose enough for the trim to slip under and not be loose.

I first tried pan head screws but I felt they may loosen over time. I changed to counter sunk screws so I could tighten them down such that they won't back off later on down the road.
Lots of ways to skin this cat.
