with some of the others that putting in a new tank is the only way to go if you want a
dependable trouble free fuel system for years to come. They may look like new outside
but they go bad from the inside out and I’d stake my wife on it that if it’s a 50+ year old
tank, its gonna be rusty inside.
They are surprisingly inexpensive, just make sure it comes from Specta a Canadian OEM
manufacturer, that way you know it‘s going to be an exact replacement.
