What about a two speed powerglide or a 700R4, would either bolt up to a 230? I have a four speed on the floor but way too many hills and stop signs to make it enjoyable...anyone up for a trade?

Use a big enough catapult and even pigs can fly...remember nothing is impossible, impractical yes, but never impossible.
