I searched for a 60-deg fitting with the same result that you had ... none.

If you use two 45-deg fittings on the fuel filter, will the filter hit the horn? (I don't know, because my horn is in a different location.)

If the filter with two 45's hits the horn, then two 90's may be the answer. Here are some pics that I found in Denny Graham's and Gus's (DADS50) on-line albums.

Your cork gaskets look like they will do the job. I cut the cork gasket for my Durex #986640 by sticking blue painters tape to the gasket material, then attaching a paper pattern to the blue tape with spray adhesive. I make the cuts with a single edge razor blade and punch holes with a leather punch. The blue tape is pretty easy to remove from the cork. Paper with spray adhesive applied directly to the cork material is a bear to remove.
