Take them to a tire shop like Crenwlge said. You can easily pull the ring like Hot rod said but breaking the bead is a major event if they are stuck to the rims. Shops have a machine that eliminates a lot of brute force. They also have tire cages and safety devices. I went through this again last spring and found I had two of the dangerous split rims and sent them to the scrap pile.
