Get the 660.

Sleeve retainer (Loctite brand is what I use) is only intended to improve an already snug or light press fit, it is not for filling gaps.

The 660 is best for filling smalish gaps, and what you want for already loose king pin bushings.

Be sure to insert the king pin as the bushings set, it'll keep them in alignment. They are already to size, you don't have any extra metal to ream if you had to correct bushing alignment after they set.
