on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 53 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 53 | I am redoing the front axle on my 54 3100. I am planning on doing the loctite 660 job on the bushings.
Could not find loctite 660 anywhere in town ( but grainger can have it here in 2 days) BUT i did find Permatex Sleeve Retainer at NAPA. its "application" description is "valve guides, woodruff keys, bearings and bushings, anchoring studs Applied BEFORE assembly"
yall think this stuff will work or should i return and get the 660 instead?
thanks -LGringo
