@641Workmaster - nope. I tried them the other day. They said a bill of sale would be good enough if it had all the correct information in it, including the sellers name and contact info. Unfortunately the bill of sale that I have is incomplete, and I can't even get a hold of him anymore.

I might just have to find a different one with a title and use this one as a donor.
If you haven't already call your state DMV and ask them how to proceed. ALL states have a way to resolve any titling issue and it's always best to get that info straight from the source. Depending on who you talk with, you may or may not get someone familiar with your particular issue so more than one phone call may be necessary.
