I looked and couldn't find the answer to my question, the metal fuel line from the pump to the carb, Does it have to be metal? mine is buggered up pretty bad but I looked at it and I don't see why I just can't use another length of rubber hose, same as from tank to pump, couldn't be used unless I'm missing something. The only thing I can see being a problem is heat from the engine, but I'm not sure how hot the engine gets where the fuel line runs.
If not, would Copper tube work to make a fuel line?
