I'm in the same boat as Fred, a motor in that condition needs to be pulled out and
serviced.
Is if possible to free it up and get it started???? Well maybe, but you're gonna have valve
troubles but the main thing is the Cast iron rings are rusted into the Cast iron pistons,
which are rusted into the Cast iron cylinders and even if you got them to move the rings
are not going function and the machined finish is completely gone from the internal
surfaces.
An engine is a precision piece of machinery and about all you are going to do if you
manage to get it to fire is ruin it further maybe beyond the point of repairing it.
