Hi Tim,
The short answer is no. The shift knobs were maroon for just three or four years. IF I remember correctly they were maroon for 51, 52, and 53. Plus all the knobs were maroon, shift, hood vent, door handle, ash tray, and the rest of them on the dash. The hardest one for me to find was the maroon ash tray knob.
