If you have the 1952 clutch housing and clutch assembly, install those on the 235, and then 3B's helpful list becomes:

1. Same: the engine front plate will probably not be drilled to use the truck front engine mount system - just drill it to match the holes on the engine you now have in place.

2. the transmission mounts (rear engine mounts under the 1952 clutch housing) will then work fine.

3. Then, there's no open driveline issue to deal with.
