I have 7 of those examples sitting here. It's worked so far. What you need next is another garage so it won't take up HER space in the main one. My "shop" is 2,000 sq ft and I already have 1 lift for storage and 2 vehicles stored off-site because they don't all fit...
Bottom line, she has her parking space all to herself!!
