The lower, or lowest bolt on the handle is a shoulder bolt with shoulder nut to match. The upper one could use a bushing but not a shoulder bolt. DON'T tear yours apart yet, I'm going to do a little more investigation. I'll keep the offer on the table. Thanks, Dave
