Like a bad penny, I turned back up. I traded the 62 K10 to a buddy not long after my last post. We are doing another trade, and the 62 is coming back to me. While my buddy had it, he did the following....
Removed steering column (and traded it), non-power steering gear box (traded it), original axles swapped (and gone), installed 1980 Blazer axles,and bolted in 80 Blazer power steering gearbox, but was unable to hook up/attach 80 Blazer column. I'll be having lots of questions on what to look for to swap in, and ideas on getting it going again. While I had it the first time, I cleaned out the gas tank and got it running, all lights work, gauges even work. I'll ask questions later, don't want too long of a reply here.
