I know - even with my limited knowledge it's hard to picture what could be wrong. The clutch pedal and rod moves the clutch arm okay - I can see it with the housing bottom removed. If anything it's not disengaging the clutch enough. Don't know if trans worked before - new project. I wonder if the shifter is really moving the trans gears - but that's a pretty direct connection isn't it? I'll give it another test tomorrow. Thanks,
