I personally run AC R45 plugs which are avalable everywhere.
About 10,000 miles with this plug and I've never had a problem
with them in my truck before it was rebuilt and burning a lot
of oil or since it has been rebuilt and is burning no oil.
Nice tan color every time I've pulled them.
