The circuit breaker is built into the headlight switch. It would probably be possible to disable that one, and add a slightly higher-capacity breaker inline with the power supply wire to the switch. The breaker is a bimetal strip that's visible from the top of the switch assembly, IMHO, and it can be wedged closed with a little ingeneuity. Be sure to add a slightly higher-capacity automatic-reset breaker if you choose to disable the built-in breaker. Good luck!
