We ran into a similar problem when we put new Dodge rims on my Dad's '49 3/4 ton. We went to the junk yard and picked up a set of Dually truck front hubs (AD body style). Take off the original hubs and put on the dually hubs and you're good to go. They even use the same bearings.
That led to another problem though. . .the offset was wrong for the rear-end now! We opted to get a new rearend out of a Dodge van that was wider than the stock axle. That spaced the rear wheels out to match the fronts.
One other problem, but not a huge one is that this will increase the "scrub" of the tires because the centerline of the tire is now outboard of the kingpin. Like I said, not a big deal if you're just using the truck for cruising.
Good luck!
